Payment & Booking

To secure your session, payments are due at the time of checkout. We, however, also offer Afterpay so that you can choose to pay in 4 interest-free instalments instead of the full cost upfront.

The terms of the waiver must be accepted in order to work with us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or your session will be counted .

All training sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase or remaining sessions will be forfeited. Due to the fact that we are a small business, we are unable to provide refunds so please choose your training sessions carefully. We appreciate your understanding.

We are proud to only use and teach force-free and humane training methods. We believe that dogs deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion which is why we do not allow the use of any tools or techniques that are designed to work by being inherently aversive to a dog.
